<p>The invention relates to a method for packaging a fragil object, such as a thin-walled drinking glass (9), in a cylindrically shaped packaging case (1) while using a rather thin flexible packaging material (13), in particular a narrow strip of packaging material (13), which for that purpose is applied along the circumference of the object (2, 9). Subsequently the invention relates to a packaging material to prevent cracking and it also relates to the construction of a packaging case (1) and an auxiliary device (13) for the fixation of an object in the packaging case. One of the many applications of the invention is the packaging of one or more drinking glasses (9) simultaneously with a bottle, particularly a liquor bottle (2).</p> |
