Parking brake for bicycle

The handbrake is for bicycle brakes which are operated by Bowden cable. The hand brake lever has teeth on it. The locking lever has teeth corresponding to and able to be engaged with the handbrake lever teeth. In normal use, the brake is used in the normal manner. For parking, the locking lever is pressed towards the handbrake lever to lock it. The teeth are kept engaged by a spring. The next time the handbrake lever is used, the locking lever becomes disengaged.
