摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic ferrite magnetic body and planar magnetic element exhibiting stable magnetic characteristics without generating resonance, etc., in a high-frequency range, wherein even when their ferrite magnetic films are formed by such a thick-film forming method as a printing method sufficiently large anisotropism can be given to them and the anisotropic directions in their magnetic films can be varied continuously. SOLUTION: By forming on the surface of a substrate 2 grooves, spiral irregularities, and circular irregularities, an anisotropic ferrite magnetic film 1 is formed thereon by a thick-film forming method of such a printing method so to make the form of the film 1 itself spiral, circular, etc. Thereby, making the spiral or circumferential anisotropy of the inner surface of the film 1 specifiable, a sufficiently large anisotropy can be given to the film 1. Further, making the ferrite magnetic film 1 with a given form anisotropy into a thick film by a printing method, the ferrite material which is conventionally hard to be give anisotropy is used to form a planar magnetic element used in a high-frequency region.
