<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily set/release a function and to simultaneously eliminate a fear that the function is released by a third party. SOLUTION: A first selection screen as shown on A is displayed on a screen of a display by a key operation of, for example, OSD. Then, an adjustment item is selected by the key operation of, for example, '↑', '↓', '←', '→'on the first selection screen and furthermore, selected and desired adjustment is performed by the key operation of OSD. When the adjustment item (OPTION) to select other adjustment among the adjustment items is selected on the first selection screen and the key operation of OSD is performed, a second selection screen as shown on B is displayed on the screen of the display.
