<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent two media which allow exiting from the ride section of a commutation ticket from being generated by writing data on a specific effective section number enabling a ride up to the effective section of the commutation ticket on the returned commutation ticket and writing 0 to the effective section number of an issued connection train ticket. SOLUTION: When a money, which is larger than a displayed fare, is thrown in a ticket vending machine main body (a), a connection train ticket 2 having recorded data on an effective number '0' is generated through a ticket issuing process unit. Further, data on an effective section number, which should be recorded on the connection train ticket originally, is recorded at a specific position on the commutation ticket through a commutation ticket processing unit. Consequently, when only the connection train ticket 2 is thrown in the automatic ticket examining machine G, the connection train ticket has no effective section number recorded, so the door is held closed to reject exiting. When only the commutation ticket 1 is thrown in the automatic ticket examining machine G, the commutation ticket 1 does not have entry data recorded, so exiting is rejected.</p> |
