PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information from a specific terminal to another terminal with a simple structure without causing collision by successively supplying a polling signal to plural communication means, permitting transmission for a specified time and transmitting information from communication means which is permitted a transmission to all the other communication means. SOLUTION: Ir controllers 11-1 to 11-n are connected to buses of personal computer 2-1 to 2-n by, for example, an I/O card and receive signals from an information outlet device 14 by way of infrared ray communication devices 12-1 to 12-n. When a polling signal is detected in signals received, a timer is started up, it is inspected whether there are transmission data set from the personal computers 2-1 to 2-n or not during a specified transmission permission time and, if there are, the signal is transmitted to the information outlet 14 by way of the infrared ray communication equipments 12-1 to 12-n. After the transmission permission time passes, if there are data addressed to its own device in the received signals, the data are supplied to corresponding personal computers 2-1 to 2-n. |
