发明名称 METHOD FOR PREPARING GAS DIFFUSION ELECTRODE BY SELF-ORGANIZATION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the reaction layer of the gas diffusion electrode with a simple preparation process and a reduced preparation time, which has high reducing ability against gaseous oxygen. SOLUTION: The raw material for the gas diffusion electrode is prepared by adding primary fine particles of constituting material for the reaction layer of the gas diffusion electrode, which particles have an average diameter lower than 1μm, and a surfactant into water under stirring or sonicating condition in order to disperse the added particles in highly dispersed state, and then, after adding fine particles of a fluororesin and dispersing the particles by continuously stirring or sonicating to mix, adding a micelle-breaking agent so as to control the aggregation state of the micelle structure caused by the surfactant dispersing stably the fine particles, and to cause the self-organization of the fine particles of constituting material for the reaction layer with the fine particles of the fluororesin. The objective reaction layer is prepared by using the raw material thus obtained.
