<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed control device always capable of manual speed correction without a manual speed correction amount being affected by a limit even in continuous rolling. SOLUTION: In this speed control device, a unit manual correction amount is specified as an input on one side and a corrected clear amount, as an input on the other side, and further the device is equipped with a manual correction amount calculating unit 2e for thorough clearing by a rate based on a corrected clear amount and equipped with a circuit which specifys a manual correction amount Mn outputted from a manual correction amount calculating unit 2e as an input on one side and specifys a signal on passing through a junction point of joined material as an input on the other side, and further outputs corrected clear amount on passing through a junction point, and thus at the timing on passing through the junction point the manual correction amount Mn is thoroughly cleared by the rate.</p> |
