摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cautery hemostasis apparatus which achieves a wear resistance withstanding prolonged use and a heat resistance and a chemical stability to allow enduring of changes in the environment of temperature and moisture and high temperature/high pressure steam sterilization by arranging a tip heating part finished with a surface treatment to ensure a higher adhesion without peeling from a base material under a washing by ultrasonic waves, autoclave sterilization or the like and non-viscosity stable even under the environment whatsoever. SOLUTION: A heating element 14 is securely joined on a bottom part facing a heat transfer surface 18a of a tip cap 18 by solder 20 and electrically connected to a coaxial cable 13 through a transmission coil 21. The heating element 14 is pressed onto the side of a soldered 20 surface by a coil spring with one end part contacting an internal wall of a recessed part 17d of a body part 17 through an insulated tube 22. When solder is re-melted, the heating element 14 will not be isolated from the bottom part facing the heat transfer surface 18a. A polyparaxylilene thin film, a copolymer made of a derivative as a monomer, is formed at a thickness of 5 μm entirely on the outer circumferential surface of the tip cap 18.
