FIELD: medical engineering; microsurgical operations; manufacture of transplants. SUBSTANCE: unit of formation of high-pressure hydraulic flow includes hydroaccumulator and pressure control facility. Actuating member contains nozzle which diameter does not exceed 1.0 mm. Fine filter is positioned on line which supplies pressure to actuating member. As a result, biological residues occurring during dissection of biological tissues are reduced, painful perceptions of patient are decreased, and less time is required for healing of tissues and resolution of cicatrices.
