PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the radio base station equipment in which a channel utility charge required to update stored information is reduced and the information is efficiently updated. SOLUTION: A timer 41 repetitively counts a preset charging unit time during connection to a server via a public network and informs it to a control section 50 when the charging unit time elapses. A data update control means 50b connects to the server and down-loads newly updated file data when it is required to update file data requested from an information communication terminal and stores the data to a served information storage area 30a. A data update consecutive control means 50c down-loads continuously other file data requiring updating by a time when lapse of a charging time is informed from the timer 41 through a same communication link after down-loading the requested file by the server. |
