PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a pipeline system for switching air supplying into air discharging, in a regenerative alternating combustion burner, recovering waste heat by left and right heat storage body filling units in a single burner. SOLUTION: Two pieces of venting holes 5, communicated with respective air passages, are provided on an outer wall surface, contacted with both air passages 3a, 3b nearer to the air supplying and discharging side than heat storage body filling units 4a, 4b in a burner main body 1, and a cover case 6 is attached so as to cover both of the venting holes 5 while an air supplying pipe 8a and an air discharging pipe 8b are connected to both side walls of the cover case 6, opposed so as to pinch both venting holes 5, and, further, a vane, driven so as to be turned about an axis orthogonal to the air supplying and discharging pipes 8a, 8b, is provided between both venting holes 5 to communicate both of the venting holes 5 alternately with either one of the air supplying pipe 8a or the air discharging pipe 8b through the vane. |
