PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a sink without requiring a special apparatus in the production of a molded product composed of a thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: In a method for molding a molded product having projections by introducing a molten thermoplastic resin into the cavity provided to a mold, the surfaces 16B, 16C constituting the cavity at the parts of a mold opposed to mold parts 17, 18 for forming the projections of the molded product are constituted of a core 16 with a thickness of 0.1-10 mm having heat conductivity of 2×10<-2> cal/cm.sec. deg.C or less and a mold temp. T is set corresponding to a kind of a thermolastic resin to be used (amorphous thermoplastic resin, crystalline thermoplastic resin, polymer alloy material). |
