PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvano mirror device supplying electric power without adversely affecting a mechanical frequency characteristic. SOLUTION: A mirror holder 10 having a deflection mirror is supported rotatably to a frame body of a device main body by a pivot support system. That is, a bearing part 12 having a conical recessed surface is fixed to the upper part of the mirror holder 10 (a similar constitution bearing part is fixed to the lower part of the mirror holder 10 also). When nearly tips of tapered shaft parts are abutted on the conical recessed surfaces so as to hold in the deflection mirror from upper/lower sides, the mirror holder 10 is supported turnably. Then, for power supplying, a coil lead 17A of a flat coil 17 is connected to the bearing part 12 through a pattern 29. The coil lead of the flat coil 18 is connected to the bearing part of the lower part with similar constitution. Further, the coil lead 17A' is connected to the coil lead 18A' through the pattern 31. |
