PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter for virtual spatial data in which a hierarchy structure and independence of a shape are not ruined by a combination operation and information except for video information is not destructed. SOLUTION: A scene tree structure decomposition part 101 decomposes a given tree structure into a group of tree structure in which each tree structure holds part of information on original tree structure so that incorporated information is not destructed, with regard to decomposed group of tree structures, a tree structure storage table generation part 102 stores information on one of the tree structures as a pair in a tree structure storage table 103, a reference tree structure generation part 104 generates a reference tree structure specialized for a spatial detection and a tree structure connection part 105 connects the reference tree structure and the group of tree structures stored in the tree structure storage table 103.
