PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve anti-noise performance of a remote control photo-detecting device whose size reduction is possible. SOLUTION: A base frame 17 comprising a base part 21 on which a photo diode 34 and a semiconductor chip 37 for amplifying/waveform-trimming its output are mounted, and a shield frame 18 comprising a shield part 43 which covers the photo-diode 34 and the semiconductor chip 37, are stacked. Further, a first lead 22 of the base frame 17 and a second lead of the shield frame 18 are stacked, for fixing with solder dip. First insert mounting parts 30a and 30b of the base frame 17 and second insert mounting parts 60a and 60b of the shield frame 18 are square to each other within a virtual plane, and inserted/ mounted upright on a wiring board. It is coated with a synthetic resin package which allows infrared light to transmit. |
