摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce gas generated after sealing in high vacuum in a vacuum heat insulating material by a method wherein a printing method for a packing material of a getter to be put into a vacuum heat insulating material wherein a core material is inserted into an airtight container, and after the inside is made highly vacuum, the container is sealed. SOLUTION: A PET film as thick as 12μm with a getter for vacuum heat insulating material endlessly printed in Mincho-writing type at 5 mm intervals using a carbon dioxide gas laser marker and a PE film as thick as 30μm are laminated. Thereafter, after fine vent holes are opened mechanically, 5 g of molecular sieve 13X is filled, and heat-welding is performed to obtain a pillow-shaped packaging bag. This bag package is put into a stainless steel vacuum chamber with an internal volume of 750 cc, and a pressure is reduced at 0.001 Torr for 10 minutes. Thereafter, a rise in pressure in the vacuum chamber is observed as time passes by a capacitance manometer by a pressure raising method, and a pressure rise is measured 30 minutes later. The pressure reaches 0.002 Torr, showing that there is little gas generated.</p>
