PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a catherter easier to hold by a patient, and in addition, prevent urine from leaking to the rear end side by going along the outer peripheral surface of a connector part at the time of a usage, and prevent the urine from staining fingers and clothes. SOLUTION: For this self-urination catherter which is used for dysuria, at the front end side surface of a main body tube 2 of a specified length having a main lumen 7 as a urinary path, a urine inlet 4 is provided, and a urine outlet 5 is provided at the rear end side surface respectively in a manner to be opened to communicate with the main lumen, and the part where the urine outlet 5 is provided, is formed into a connector part 3 having a larger diameter than other parts. Then, the urine outlet 5 is opened on the farther front end side than the center in the length direction of the connector part 3, and the length of the connector part 3 on the rear end side from the urine outlet 5 is made a length which can be well gripped by fingers, and on the outer peripheral surface of the connector part which becomes the rear end side periphery of the urine outlet 5, a protuberance 8 to prevent urine from dispersing is provided at least at a height of 0.5 times of the inner diameter of the main lumen 7. |
