DISPERSING OF FLUORINE-BASED RESIN INTO THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for uniformly and finely dispersing a fluororesin into a thermoplastic resin and obtain a resin composition excellent in flame retardance. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin (e.g. blend of an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin with a polycarbonate resin) is mixed with a fluorine-based resin coated with a water-soluble resin (e.g. polyvinylpyrrolidone) and the mixture is melt-kneaded. Further, a resin composition excellent in flame retardance can be obtained by using flame retardant.
