PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent irregularities in an image on the second surface (or a second composit image) at the time of forming a both-side image and a one-side composit image, caused by the influence of the moisture content of a recording material, without complicating the constitution of a device. SOLUTION: In this multitransfer image forming device provided with a carrying means 7 for returning the recording material, an image formation control means 8 is used. This image formation control means 8 can execute a normal image forming process A, in a first toner image transferred to the recording material 5 before passing through a fixing means 6 and a special image forming process B in which a dummy electrifying process by a primary transfer means 3, for increasing the electric charge of a toner image on an intermediate transfer body 2 is added between a primary transfer process by the primary transfer means 3 in each color component and a secondary transfer process by a secondary transfer means 4, in a second toner image transferred to the recording material 5 after passing through the fixing means 6. |
