<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a vacuum degree maintaining property so as to prevent a heat bridge by vacuum sealing a heat insulating core material in a container made of a gas barrier film and laminating a heat insulating material to a vacuum heat insulating material made by thermally fusing the opening part of the container. SOLUTION: After a heat insulating core material is stored inside a container made of a gas barrier film, the inside of the container is evacuated so that the container is brought into tight contact with the heat insulating core material, and then, a vacuum insulating material is sealed by means of thermal fusion. As the heat insulating material, polyurethane, polystyrene and the like are available. The gas barrier film is provided with a protection layer on the outside of a metallic foil layer. As the heat insulating core material, inorganic compounds such as silica and calcium silicate or organic compounds such as polyurethane foam are available.</p> |
