PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a patterned hardened resin layer by which a fine pattern can be formed with high productivity at a low cost without a wet process. SOLUTION: This forming method of a patterned hardened resin layer consists of a process to form notches in a UV-curing resin layer of a UV-curing adhesive sheet comprising the UV-curing resin layer on a supporting body, a process to adhere the UV-curing sheet to the objective body, a process to irradiate the UV-curing resin layer with UV rays in a pattern to harden into the pattern, and a process to peel the supporting body of the UV-curing sheet together with an unexposed part of the UV-curing resin layer to form a patterned hardened resin layer on the objective body.
