PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving circuit for a composite integrated type TV camera device reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: This TV camera device is constituted so that driving parts 14, 15, 16 performing rotation/stoppage operation in the both directions of pan/ tilt by a panning stepping motor 14 and a tilting stepping motor 15 are integrated with a TV camera 17, and its motor driving circuit 16 is provided with power sources VDD, Vdd power supplying to respective pan motor power transistor array circuit 12, a tilt motor power transistor array circuit 13 and switching circuits 2, 3, 4, 5 so that the panning stepping motor 14 and the tilting stepping motor 15 are operated alternately when the circuit 16 is operated simultaneously in the directions of pan/tilt. |
