Eaves wall elements are assembled on site from prefabricated parts consisting of wall panels, cover boards and screw fasteners. The industrially produced building parts, especially floor sections, are secured to the eaves wall element (8). A square-shaped elongated wall panel forms the element, for receiving screw fasteners (V) which are secured to the ceiling panel (18) of the floor section acting as the support surface for the element. Independent claims are also included for (a) the cover board (5) for the eaves wall element, constructed from a portable console, a ceiling panel (18) joined to the console and forming the top side of the board, and a reinforcing rib on the ceiling panel underside between this panel and the console, for receiving the screw fasteners, and (b) building construction modules, especially floor sections, with cross-wall parts (4,4') at either end, optionally at least one length wall (3), the cover board resting on top of these walls, and the separately portable eaves wall element.
