<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely peel a coating film by a method wherein a used bumper is cleaned, ground and dried to prepare a ground raw material, which is fed into a coating film peeling machine which is rotated and driven by the same way as a rice-cleaning machine, wherein the coating film is peeled off from the ground raw material to separate it into the coating film and a regenerated matrix. SOLUTION: A ground raw material formed is cleaned and dried and metals are removed therefrom by subjecting it to a metal detector. The ground raw material cleaned, dried and from which metals are removed is received in a hopper 1. The ground raw material received in the hopper 1 is transferred to a const. screw feeder 2 and is fed into a next coating film peeling machine 3. The coating film peeling machine 3 has a peeling part rotated and driven by the same way as a rice-cleaning machine and the coating film on the surface of the ground raw material is scraped while it is pressed and agitated to peel off the coating film of the ground raw material. The coating film peeled off from the ground raw material is sucked by means of a blower 7 and is stored in a fine powder tank 9 through a bag filter 6. On the other hand, the ground raw material from which the coating film is separated is fed to a product tank 10 as a regenerated matrix.</p> |
