PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent environment pollution from being generated owing to rice washed water by a method wherein a specific amount of water is supplied to a milled rice from which a specific amount of bran is removed by milling a specific weight of brown rice to wash the rice, the bran which is removed in milling the rice is mixed the dewatered rice washed water, and the mixture is ground after drying to prepare an organic fertilizer or a feed. SOLUTION: When 1.1 kg of brown rice is milled, 0.1 kg of bran is removed to obtain 1.0 kg of milled rice. The milled rice is supplied to a feed opening 5 of a mixer 1, and 0.4 kg of water is simultaneously supplied from a nozzle 7. Then slightly opaque water passes through a porous cylinder 45 and falls down in a falling through 20. A washed rice flowing into an inflow opening 15 from an exhaust opening 8 is dewatered with a vertical axis rotor 10 rotating at a high speed, water joins to the falling through 20 by passing it through the porous cylinder 11, falls it into a kneader 21, and 1 kg of washed rice is obtained. Then, when 0.1 kg of bran removed in milling rice is supplied to a supply opening 25, 0.5 kg of a mixture is obtained from a kneading spiral body 23, which is conveyed from an exhaust opening 26 by a conveyor 28, and ground after drying by heating. |
