PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent the overcharge of water or the like when this container is used and securely obtain a favorable operability. SOLUTION: A self-heating container 10 is removably housed in a container 11 opened at the top. A water container 17 provided in the lower part of the container 11, is constituted of a protruded part 18 integrally formed with the container 11, and a bottom member 19 provided to be relatively displaceable against the protruded part 18. A specified quantity of water 20 is contained in the inside space surrounded by the bottom face of the container 11 opened at the top, the inside face of the protruded part 18, and the upper face of the bottom member 19, in the water container 17. The inside space of the water container 17 is connected to the container 11 through a connection hole 21 formed at the bottom face of the container 11. A seal member 25 is peelably provided at the upper face of the connection hole 21. |
