<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform patterning of different heights and sizes by one embossing roll by a method wherein the embossing roll is slidably arranged in the vertical direction to an embossing pattern forming surface of an extrusion molding, and the extruding pressure of the roll during an extrusion is changed and slid to change the height of a pattern. SOLUTION: Right after a molding die F which continuously extrudes an extrusion molding MO, an embossing roll R in order to form an embossing pattern on an embossing pattern forming surface 10 on the surface of the molding MO is rotatably provided on a bracket 13 at the tip end of a rod 11a of a pneumatic cylinder 11 which is fixed to a bracket 12. Then, the roll R is slidable in the vertical direction to the forming surface 10 by controlling an air pressure to the cylinder chamber of the cylinder 11 by a pressure control valve 16, and the extruding pressure can be adjusted as well, and according to the size of the pressure, the amount of a molding material which enters recessed parts on the roll R differs, and the height of an embossing pattern and the length in the advancing direction differ, and at the same time, the roll R slightly slides in the vertical direction, and various kinds of patterns can be transferred by one roll R.</p> |
