CYLINDRICAL PRODUCT WITH LABEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold molding method for molding integrally a label and a cylindrical product by injection molding synthetic resin into a molding die in which the label is set when the label is stuck on the surface of the cylindrical product formed of synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A material to be inserted such as a label is set cylindrically and bonded and retained on the outer mold inner face of a cavity 7 formed in an injection molding die composed of an outer mold 11 with a cylindrical cutting die and a core 6 to be inserted into the outer mold and fitted thereon. Then molten resin is injected from a plurality of injection gates 9a provided on a core onto a site positioned inwardly from the end of a material to be inserted and also positioned on sites other than the register end face of the label, and molten resin is filled into the cavity while the material to be inserted is pressed on an outer mold face by the molten resin to integrate the molten resin with the material to be inserted and mold a cylindrical product 10 with a label.
