The mineral particle suspension treatment machine has a first pipe (1) carrying a mixture of water and solid particles. A second pipe (2) introduces a flocking promotion fluid. The mixture flows out through an aperture (3) onto a cone (4) in the center of a rotating flinger disk (5). The surface of the disk outside the cone is flat. The disk has a cylindrical outer rim (6). The water and particle mixture leaves the edge of the disk as a fine spray (7) and enters a reaction space (8) in which oxidation reactions and flocculation can take place. Flocculated particles fall down onto a very blunt conical surface (9), and released water runs off to a gutter (10) adjacent to the cylindrical wall (11) of the reaction chamber.
