PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive material for a disposable pocket warmer exhibiting good adhesion to a panty hose and a blended fabric for a shirt which have been conventionally hardly adhesive materials, and hard to occur a browning (coloring) phenomenon. SOLUTION: This adhesive for pocket warmer is obtained by formulating a tackifying resin having aniline point of <=50 deg.C, a lactone based stabilizer and an antioxidant in a pressure sensitive adhesive. An antioxidant composition including the lactone based stabilizer is usable, and in this case, 3-80 pts.wt. of the composition is preferably formulated to the 100 pts.wt. of a polymer which is the principal ingredient of the pressure sensitive adhesive, and one or more kind of phenolic resins such as an alkylphenol resin, a terpenephenol resin and a resin phenol resin are preferably used as the tackifying resin. The adhesive material is used as an adhesive or a sheet laminated on a proper based sheet.
