FIELD: medicine, hormones, immunology. SUBSTANCE: human somatotropin is administrated to animal and cell-free substrate with antibodies raised to human somatotropin is obtained. This substrate is incubated with human albumin at equivalent ratio of antibodies to human albumin in substrate to human albumin by number of determinant groups for time 3-4 i binding reaction. Obtained precipitate is separated and discarded. Insoluble immune reactive form of human albumin is used and after precipitate separating a substrate is incubated with human albumin again. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, decreased content of antibodies to human albumin, decreased risk of anaphylactic reaction. 3 cl, 1 tbl
