PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a circuit in two transmission path with a redundant constitution. SOLUTION: Data in transmission path CH1 with smaller phase delay at an input side are connected through a phase selecting part 7, an MEM (data memory) 1, and a path switching part 8 with an output side transmission path CH1, are read based on the synchronizing pulse of the data of a transmission path CH0. On the other hand, the data in the transmission path CH0 with larger phase delay in the input side are directly connected from the path selecting part 7 through the path switching part 8 with the output side transmission path CH0. Therefore, the phases of the output data of the output side transmission paths CH0 and CH1 are made coincident so that only the MEM1 can be obtained for the two transmission paths CH0 and CH1. |
