PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing loads on a host system side by obtaining transaction information required in respective processings on the host system side from the transaction information collected from a merchandise registration device for the respective processings and supplying it to the host system. SOLUTION: Plural extraction files F3-1 - F3-N are provided and the extraction condition information of a condition file F2 is set for the respective extraction files. A collection means 10a collects transaction information of each merchandise registered in a POS(point of sales) terminal 5 and stores it in a gathering file F1. An extraction means 10b respectively collates the transaction information collected in the collecting file F1 with each extraction condition information of the condition file F2, and when it matches with one of the extraction condition information, stores the transaction information in the extraction file F3-1 - F3-N corresponding to the extraction condition information. A transmission means 10c transmits the transaction information stored in the extraction files F3-1 - F3-N to the host system by an extraction file unit. |
