<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce data rewrite processing time from start to end. SOLUTION: Whether processing to be requested about flash ROM 90 is data deletion processing or data rewrite processing is judged, then the data stored in flash memory is erased after holding the stored data in RAM 50 in a host 14 in the case of deletion processing of the data stored in the flash memory. On the other hand, in the case of data rewrite processing, the data is not held in the RAM 50 and new data is overwritten on the ROM 90. It is possible to surely reduce processing time more than when processing for holding data in other memory is performed.</p> |
