PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter free from trouble such as the contamination of foreign matter by peeling a support film from a substrate with a sticky roll after heat laminating when a colored photosensitive resin film is heat- laminated on the substrate, exposed and developed to form a picture element pattern. SOLUTION: When a colored photosensitive resin film 15 is heat-laminated on a substrate 2, exposed and developed to form color picture elements, a support film 16 supporting the colored photosensitive resin film 15 is peeled from the substrate 2 after the heat laminating and before the development. Even if the support film 16 exists on the inside of the substrate 2, it can be peeled from the substrate 2 by using a sticky roll. One or several sticky rolls are linearly disposed in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the substrate 2 and the sum of the sticking powers of the rolls is made higher than the adhesive strength of the support film 16 to the colored photosensitive resin film 15 on the substrate 2. The support film 16 rolled up by the sticky rolls is held between two belts and conveyed to a housing place. |
