PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processing equipment that is able to process non-combustible waste without specific facility. SOLUTION: A throw-in hole 12 of the non-combustible waste is provided at the top of the processing equipment, a pebble filled layer 21 is formed at the lower part of it, the heat treating part 40 of melted slug is connected to the lower part of the filled layer, an auxiliary combustion burner 13 fed with fuel together with high temperature air or oxygen rich air is arranged to the upper part of the pebble filled layer, and dual swirl is formed.
