The SCR includes a receiving device (504), a presentation device (518), and a processor (508) adapted to cause the receiving device to receive the at least one address and the message transmitted by the radio transmitter, determine the language origin of the message based on the at least one address, process the message into presentable data corresponding to the language origin, and cause the presentation device to present the message according to the presentable data.</p> |
