Method for peptide synthesis

A method of peptide synthesis comprising selecting an RNA to capture a required configuration of amino acids for a peptide in sequence. The RNA is attached onto a solid support before mixing with the amino acids which are then captured by the RNA. The mixture is then condensed to enable amide bonds to form between the amino acids thereby forming a peptide.
