PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiologically active substance originating from Rhus vernichflua tree, an anti-cancer composition an antioxidative composition and a hangover-dissolving agent containing the same. SOLUTION: The wood part of crushed Rhus vernichflua is extracted with a solvent, the crude extract is purified by the silica gel adsorption chromatography with 9/1-7/3 (v/v) chloroform: methanol mixed solvent to produce the objective Rhus vernichflua extract that has the anticancer, organ differentiation-inducing action, cancer cell metastas is angiogenesis-inhabitory action, antioxidant action and hangover-dissolving action. |
