PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively couple a rubber side face of a tire to a non-rubber edge face of a rim by applying pressure to an overlapping range of a tire side face by heating bellows to transmit heat and urge it to the edge face of the rim, and applying pressure to an inner chamber of the tire via the rib by pressure fluid of heating medium to vulcanize it. SOLUTION: Relatively low pressure and high temperature vapor is supplied from a valve 30 into an inner chamber 32 of a vulcanizing mold 10 via a rim 28, heat is transmitted to a tire blank 22, and the rim 28 is sealed and urged to an inner wall of the mold 10. The high pressure and high temperature vapor is additionally supplied to heating bellows 38 via a high temperature vapor pipeline 40, and overlapping ranges L, R of side faces 24, 26 are uniformly urged to edge faces 34, 36 of the rim 28 by elasticity of the bellows 38 and generated pressure. After the side faces 24, 26 of the tire are brought into close contact with the edge faces 34, 36 of the rim by the pressure of the bellows 38, relatively high pressure is applied into the chamber 32 of the blank 22 to vulcanize to finish the blank 22, and the side faces 24, 26 of the tire can be effectively coupled to the non-rubber edge faces 34, 36 of the rim. |
