The device has a cup-shaped component (30), which is slightly smaller than the installation channel (16) in the rail. The component has a hole in its base, and its upper edge has a radially outward projecting flange. The distance between flange and component base is smaller than the height of the rail edge sections (12,14), and the flange diameter is larger than the width of the channel. A threaded bolt (20) has a counter part (22) at one end, to pass through the channel, and a nut (52) is screwed to its other end. A washer (40) on the bolt between nut and component is of the same size as the flange. There is a spring between component base and washer.
