PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target correlating device which only outputs highly reliable correlated results by outputting correlated results when the reliability of correlation between a track from a detection data reliability calculator and detected data meets a set condition, and judgement impossibility while reserving judgment when the reliability does not meet the set condition. SOLUTION: In the target correlating device, a time correcting device 6 inputs the observed position of a target and the accuracy of the observation as detected data from a first or second target observation device 1 or 3 through a first or second observed data transferring device 2 or 4 and the track of a target and an error evaluating amount from a track managing device 5 and outputs the track and error evaluating amount by performing time correction on the detected data. A target existing range calculator 7 calculates the existing range of the target and a correlator 8 composed of a variable correlation gate judges the possibility of existing a correlation between the detected data and track and outputs the judgment results. A detected-data reliability calculator 9 calculates the reliability of the correlation. When the reliability meets a set condition in the same target discriminating device 10, the device 10 outputs the target as the same target.
