FIELD: cutting out holes in printed issues. SUBSTANCE: flow line includes transportation apparatus in the form of rotary table rotating with constant pitch and separated by sectors for placing and fixing in working position charging cars with blanks of book blocks. Automatic page counters are arranged on charging cars. Cutting out device is arranged over rotary table and it is rigidly joined with support unit that works like milling cutter with curvilinear feed mechanism.
