PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a look in outer shape without the occurrence of wrinkles, etc., by simply forming a part where a wire frame is exposed from a pad material, simply and quickly executing the restraining work of a front skin material end part by means of a hook member and absorbing the dimension error of the wire frame. SOLUTION: A block 35 for setting the wire frame 12 which forms a part where a part of the wire frame 12 in a longitudinal direction is exposed from the pad material is provided in the upper mold 33 of a foam molding 31. A block 36 for pressurizing the wire frame 12 which is projected in an opposed direction of the block 35 for setting the wire frame 12 is provided in a lower molding 32. The tip parts of the setting block 35 and the pressurizing block 36 are abutted so as to foam-molding the pad material integratedly with the wire frame 12. |
