PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detecting device with excellent temperature detecting accuracy, high cleaning capability, and high safety by fitting a heat receiving plate in which a temperature sensor is fixed to the back surface to a slender fitting hole formed from the center to the periphery of a top plate so that the top surface of the heat receiving plate becomes flush with the top surface of the top plate. SOLUTION: A disk-shaped top plate made of crystallized glass for example is arranged on a spirally wound induction heating coil, and a pan placed on the top plate is induction-heated. A fixing hole 5 which is slender in the radial direction is formed between the center and the periphery of the top plate 4. A heat receiving plate 6 is fit to the fixing hole 5, and fixed to the top plate 4 through a rib 9 formed in the top of a flange 7 and an adhesive. 8 so that the top surface of the heat receiving plate 6 becomes flush with the top surface of the top plate 4. |
