<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting apparatus, for a laser beam, in which it is not required to stop the working process or the like of a work and by which the deviation and the spread of the laser beam can be detected in a short time. SOLUTION: A laser beam L is first passed through the gap between a horizontal aperture member 56a and a horizontal aperture member 56b, and it is then passed through the gap between a vertical aperture member 62a and a vertical aperture member 62b. At this time, when the laser beam L is deviated, e.g. to the lower part, the horizontal aperture member 56a in the lower part is irradiated with the laser beam L, and the temperature of the horizontal aperture member 56a is raised. The temperature is measured by a thermocouple 60a, and the deviation of the laser beam L is detected.</p> |
