Injection valve fitting process

The injection valve fitting process involves fitting the injection valves (13) in the connecting pieces (14) of a fuel rail (15). The injection valves are placed together in the receivers (5) of an assembly device (1). The rail is inserted in the assembly device. The valves and connecting pieces are loosely fitted and positioned. A pressing mechanism is then operated. This mechanism has a number of pressing-in elements corresponding to the number of valves and connects the valves to the connecting pieces simultaneously. A device to implement the process is also described.
