PURPOSE:To make it possible to control a driving course of a driving head by a few driving cycles. CONSTITUTION:In the state of driving work in one instrumentation pitch from detection of the position and attitude against a driving head 1 in the ground (hereafter it is referred to as [position and attitude detection]) to the next position and attitude detection, the first driving control to drive a guidance body 3 having the pressure receiving surface F in a correctional direction thereof in order to drive a driving course of the driving head 1 in the correctional direction is made. The second driving control to drive the guidance body 3 in a noncorrectional direction as the opposite direction against the correctional direction of the pressure receiving surface F is made by a driving amount less than that of the first driving control. The second driving control decreases with the increase of an correcting amount, and the second driving control increases with the decrease of an correcting amount to control the driving course. |
