PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the recognition of existence or contents of abnormality without effecting any surplus work such as the mounting or removal of an exterior panel or the like at all, by permitting the confirming of existence of emission of light source such as a LED element which emits light upon abnormality immediately from the outside of the casing body of an outdoor machine, in an abnormality confirming device installed in the outdoor machine for an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A cover body 3 covering a pipeline connecting unit and an electric wire connecting unit is provided on the side surface of casing body of an outdoor machine including light sources 5. An opening 61 opened on the cover body 3 is blocked by a light transmission plate 62 made of a synthetic resin. The light transmission plate 62 is provided with an optical nature that the emission of light can be seen therethrough from outside when light is emitted from the light sources 5. However, the light sources 5 can be hardly seen therethrough from the outside of the cover when the light is not emitted from the light sources 5. A colored semi-transparent light transmission plate or a black semi-transparent light transmission plate, for example, can be employed as the light transmission plate 62. |
